Martie Vlcek is a global accounting and finance professional with experience in both publically traded and privately held companies. Ms. Vlcek earned her CPA while working at Deloitte and has experience in the. agriculture, television production, research and development, mortgage banking and manufacturingindustries.

Since moving to Las Vegas twelve years ago she has worked primarily in the gaming industry, domestically as well as in Europe and Asia. She has held various executive financial positions including Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance for various publically traded gaming manufacturers and privately held manufacturing concerns. Ms. Vlcek has extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance, International Accounting Standards and is proficient in Securities and Exchange rules and filings.

Ms. Vlcek has successfully implemented new accounting software at virtually every company she has worked from small privately held companies to large multi-national concerns. Ms. Vlcek is a certified public accountant licensed in California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
